Speaker bio
Waqar Abro is the founder & CEO of Swashi, the AI Agentic Operating System — one platform where a workforce of AI agents runs a business on autopilot, from content and SEO to leads, outreach and voice AI. His career began on Freelancer.com in 2013 and spans 500+ completed projects on Freelancer and Upwork for around 1,000 entrepreneurs worldwide, most of them in the US. He was building Python bots, LINE bots and chatbots years before AI became a trend, and has founded companies across e-commerce and technology services under Swash Enterprises. He speaks about AI-native companies, AI agents, autonomous organizations and the future of entrepreneurship — always as an operator who ships, not a futurist who speculates.
