I kick-started my career on Freelancer.com in 2013 and completed 500+ projects across Freelancer and Upwork — working with around a thousand entrepreneurs, most of them in the US. I was building Python bots, LINE bots and chatbots years before AI became a trend, then founded companies across e-commerce and technology services. Each chapter taught the same lesson from a different angle: the companies that win build systems, not just products.
